We spent the entire day at J&S’s. We never got into a vehicle one time. It was so wonderfully relaxing and peaceful just being at their home. Susie made wonderful food and really spoiled us.
A bit of this day was spent tryng to manage the final details regarding our home back in Ohio, as the renter was preparing to move in the next day and there was still a bit of work that needed to be done. Fortunately for us we lived on the same street as The O’Toole family and they graciously helped to finish up what we left behind. We did a little bartering with them; a leather living room set with a coffee table and an end table in trade (plus a little cash on their end) and they helped to complete whatever needed done in the way of preparing the house (moving items to the garage, packing up items and painting a few places-fortunately Tim is a handyman and quite able to do many tasks!)
